On the noon of July 28th, our Group successfully held the 2023 Cooking Competition. 14 competitors were divided into two rounds, with Group President Patrick Xu and 15 other partners forming a judging team. Through the internal collaboration, the cooking process was presented to the judges and employees through the live broadcasting.
The staff prepared the ingredients, kitchen utensils, cutleries and chef equipment for the competitors in advance. After they arrived at the kitchen, the competition began. During the cooking, the competitors would introduce the dishes to the audience.
