In October 2022, Union Vision took a large number of samples to Europe in two batches to investigate the European market, which gained a more real market situation and closer cooperation. During this trip, they inspected the placement and sales of supermarket products, found the importance of strong packaging from the common problem of damaged commodity packaging, and began to study the wear-resistant performance of packaging after returning home. American Line: Close to Customers, Hear the Real Voice

 

At the beginning of November, the visiting team of Union Vision set out to visit American customers. 20 customers, 4 cities, 2 weeks, the journey was busy but fruitful. Lucas Jia stated that they heard the real voice of customers and diverse product needs through this visit. Different from the politeness in long-distance online communication, customers could make more objective and direct suggestions on product delivery, cost performance and new product recommendation during offline visits, so as to avoid the loss of customers without knowing the reasons due to inadequate online communication and information gap.

Japanese Line: Seize the Initiative to Take the First Step of Cooperation

 

In mid-November, Union Vision sent a team to visit Japanese customers. Previously, due to the traditional and conservative social atmosphere of Japan, it was almost impossible to gain the trust of new Japanese customers through online communication. This visit was the Group's first step to visit foreign customers since the epidemic. Many Japanese customers were surprised by our ability, strength, courage and enthusiasm. After the warm reception, they learned about the latest domestic policies and product styles from our team. During the visit, the Japanese customer selected some products, and immediately arranged for the staff to connect with domestic businesses. After the visit, the good news of bargaining and ordering is coming one after another. In short, this visit had positive knock-on effects.
